RATES & PACKAGES
We are flexible on our rates, especially for longer bookings.
Studio Daily Rates: $75 per hr.
Studio Full Day: $650 per day (10 hr day).
Special Weekly Rate: $3000 for 5 consecutive days.
Special 24 hr Block rate: $800 per day.
Rates do not include an engineer, but we can help you book one.
WE ALSO OFFER HOUSING FOR OUR OUT-OF-TOWN GUESTS.
HOUSING IS FROM $200 PER NIGHT UP TO EIGHT PEOPLE.
SOUNTRACK PACKAGE
$1000 day (Mix included)
You bring your CD tracks to us and we record your solo vocal. You may sing up to THREE soundtracks a day. The engineer will mix it the same day and you will leave with a CD product in hand.
DEMO PACKAGE
$4000
We provide Drums, Bass, Piano, Guitar and TWO full days of recording and one mix day. Day one is the rhythm tracking, day two is the vocal session and day three is the mix session. All work must be completed within the time frame allotted. A day is eight hours. The third day will be devoted completely to mixdown. At the end of the day you will be given a master CD of your project.
BANDS EP PACKAGE
$3000 (Original, Top-Forty, Jazz, Worship Bands)
You bring the band, we bring the studio and engineer. You will be allotted EIGHT hours of studio time for three days. Our recommendation is day one - rhythm tracking. Day two - vocal sessions and day three - mixdown. All work must be completed within the time frame allotted
ARTIST PACKAGE
$10,000
Includes a Producer, Studio, Engineer, four musicians and SEVEN days of work. We provide Drums, Bass, Piano, Guitar and TWO full days of recording and ONE background vocal date, and TWO solo vocal dates, and TWO mix dates. At the end of the week you will be given a master CD of your project.
PRODUCER PACKAGE
$25,000 - $50,000
Custom album production. You and a producer will sit down and go through each individual song and customize each song to your needs and wants. It is time intensive and requires several weeks to complete. Contact Dwelling Room Studios for more details.
